Hedab Al khaleej Trading Company is a leading company in the retail and wholesale ceramic and porcelain trade sector. Established as a sole proprietorship in 2002, it transformed into a limited liability company in 2016 and then into a joint stock company in 2021. In 2024, the company's capital amounted to 67,000,000 (sixty-seven million Saudi Riyals). The nominal value of each share is 10 (ten riyals), for a total of 6,700,000 (six million seven hundred thousand) shares.
In an important strategic step, the company recently obtained approval from the Capital Market Authority to list its shares on the parallel market (Nomu). This confirms the company's commitment to implementing the highest standards of governance and transparency and developing its corporate performance, strengthening its investment position in the local market.
The company's commercial activities primarily involve the retail and wholesale of ceramic and porcelain products. It strives to achieve local leadership and attain a global position in this field. It also seeks to expand into the transportation and logistics sector by providing integrated services characterized by high quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.
The company is also committed to promoting

Vision 2030 and its development programs, most notably the National Industrial
Development and Logistics Program, which aims to establish the Kingdom as a
global logistics center that enjoys efficiency and high competitiveness.
Based on our goal to provide a variety of products to suit the needs of every customer, whether for commercial or residential use, Hedab Al Khaleej Company has contracted with many distinguished factories inside and outside the Kingdom. In addition, we have established several large branches and huge warehouses to ensure that every customer receives the best service in the fastest time and with the best quality. We have several branches to display our products in Jeddah, Riyadh, Qassim, and Hail.
Last but not least, Hedab Al Khaleej Company has established an integrated marble factory that works on cutting, twisting and designing distinguished marble, operated by an elite group of the most skilled technicians.

The retail sector specializes in selling products directly to the end consumer through the company's branches. This sector also includes direct sales to companies and government agencies when they purchase large quantities for consumption, not for resale. The company adopts a clear strategy in this sector, relying on continuous market research and customer needs analysis to strengthen its competitive presence, increase its market share, and reach a broad segment of consumers across the Kingdom.
Logistics Services Sector

As part of the company's expansion plan and in line with its strategic objectives, the company's Board of Directors approved, in early 2024, the doubling of its transportation fleet, including the development of its freight transportation and transportation brokerage divisions.
