Signing Investment Contracts in Yanbu Industrial City

The Royal Commission in Yanbu recently signed a number of commercial investment contracts with a number of national companies to enhance commercial investment in Yanbu Industrial City.
The first contract included signing a conditional investment agreement with Al-Da’im Hotel Operating Company (moroglobal) for the purpose of establishing and operating Le Protel Resort on an area of (30,000/m2) on the waterfront in Yanbu Industrial City.
While the second contract included the signing of a conditional investment agreement with Hedab Al Khaleej Commercial Company (HKC) for the purpose of establishing and operating a goods handling and sorting area in the Al-Muhan district in Yanbu Industrial City.
The third contract was the signing of a conditional temporary investment agreement with the Dabbar Foundation to provide meals for the purpose of establishing and operating the I’m Hungry restaurant on an area of (1,400 square meters) on the waterfront.
The fourth contract included a conditional investment agreement with the Rose Beach Commercial Corporation for the purpose of establishing and operating two bicycle rental stations on the waterfront in Yanbu Industrial City.
This comes within the framework of developing, diversifying and developing investment, which confirms the Royal Commission’s permanent and continuous endeavor to diversify investment opportunities and complete quality of life standards in Yanbu Industrial City, in an effort to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
